1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed
½ Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
2 cloves minced garlic
½ Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
Cut the Brussels sprouts in quarters. In a nonstick frying pan, heat the olive and sesame oil together. Add the Brussels sprouts and garlic and cook, add salt and pepper to taste. Stirring often, until the sprouts are tender and turning a golden brown.
Remove from the heat and toss with toasted sesame seeds.
